• 1. Acceptance of Terms
• By accessing, booking, purchasing, or using any services offered by Offbit Travels, a unit of Offbit Holidays Pvt. Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.
• 2. Scope of Services
• Offbit Travels provides travel-related services, including but not limited to:
• Domestic and International Tour Packages
• Flight Bookings
• Hotel Reservations
• Visa Assistance
• Transportation Services
• Holiday Planning
• Travel Insurance (where applicable)
• Customized Travel Packages
• Group, Corporate, and Honeymoon Tours
• All services are subject to availability and confirmation from respective airlines, hotels, transport providers, embassies, and other third-party vendors.
• 3. Booking & Payment Policy
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance or full payment.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the travel commencement date as communicated by Offbit Travels.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in airline fares, hotel tariffs, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, taxes, or government regulations.
• All payments made are non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing.
• Applicable GST and other statutory taxes shall be charged as per prevailing laws.
• 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy of airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa authorities, and other service providers.
• Service charges, processing fees, convenience fees, and booking charges paid to Offbit Travels are non-refundable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after Offbit Travels receives the refund from the respective service provider.
• Processing time for eligible refunds may take up to 30 working days or longer depending on the supplier.
• 5. Changes & Modifications
• Any request for itinerary changes after confirmation shall be subject to availability and additional charges.
• Offbit Travels reserves the right to modify travel itineraries due to operational requirements, weather conditions, government regulations, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, airline schedule changes, or other circumstances beyond its control.
• Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for compensation.
• 6. Travel Documents
• The traveler is solely responsible for ensuring possession of valid:
• Passport
• Visa
• Government-issued Identification
• Travel Insurance (if required)
• Vaccination Certificates
• Any other documents required by destination authorities.
• Offbit Travels shall not be responsible for denied boarding, visa rejection, immigration refusal, or losses resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
• 7. Visa Services
• Visa assistance provided by Offbit Travels is limited to documentation support and application guidance.
• Visa approval, rejection, delay, or cancellation is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
• Visa fees, processing charges, and service charges are non-refundable.
• 8. Third-Party Suppliers
• Offbit Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party service providers including airlines, hotels, cruise operators, transport companies, insurance providers, and destination management companies.
• Offbit Travels shall not be liable for:
• Delays
• Flight cancellations
• Hotel overbooking
• Service deficiencies
• Accidents
• Baggage loss
• Schedule changes
• Bankruptcy or insolvency of suppliers
• Acts or omissions of third-party providers
• Any disputes relating to third-party services shall be governed by the respective provider's terms and conditions.
• 9. Pricing Errors
• In the event of any pricing error due to technical, human, or system issues, Offbit Travels reserves the right to cancel or revise the booking before confirmation.
• Any payment received against such erroneous pricing shall either be adjusted or refunded without any additional liability.
• 10. Force Majeure
• Offbit Travels shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Earthquakes
• Cyclones
• Pandemics
• Epidemics
• Political unrest
• Terrorist activities
• Government restrictions
• War
• Airline strikes
• Airport closures
• Weather conditions
• No compensation shall be payable under such circumstances.
• 11. Customer Responsibilities
• The traveler agrees to:
• Provide accurate personal information.
• Follow all local laws and regulations.
• Respect hotel and airline policies.
• Maintain proper travel documents.
• Behave responsibly throughout the journey.
• Offbit Travels reserves the right to refuse service to any traveler whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
• 12. Limitation of Liability
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Offbit Travels shall not be liable for any:
• Direct or indirect losses
• Financial losses
• Loss of business
• Loss of profits
• Loss of opportunity
• Emotional distress
• Personal inconvenience
• Missed connections
• Missed events
• Additional accommodation costs
• Medical expenses
• Personal injury
• Theft
• Loss or damage of baggage or personal belongings
• The maximum liability of Offbit Travels, if any, shall not exceed the amount of service fees actually paid directly to Offbit Travels for the affected booking.
• 13. Intellectual Property
• All website content, branding, logos, images, designs, travel itineraries, promotional materials, and other intellectual property belong exclusively to Offbit Travels or its licensors.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
• 14. Privacy
• Customer information shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Offbit Travels may collect, store, and process customer information necessary for booking, customer support, legal compliance, and service improvements.
• 15. Service Refusal
• Offbit Travels reserves the absolute right to refuse, suspend, cancel, or terminate any booking or service without prior notice if:
• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled.
• False information is provided.
• The traveler violates applicable laws.
• The traveler engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct.
• Any activity is found to adversely affect Offbit Travels, its employees, partners, or other customers.
